Your satisfaction is our sincere desire. We ask that you contact us for a return authorization. Products authorized for return must be in re-saleable condition in its original package and within 14 days of it invoice date. We do not refund for any reason after 14 days Merchandise that was ordered wrong and/or cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% re-stock fee. All returned goods must be freight pre-paid. |

Our responsibility for any shipment ceases when the carrier signs the bill of lading. Inspect each shipment thoroughly upon arrival.If shipment is in a damaged condition, Notify the driver to add a notation on the freight bill.If concealed damage is found, You must notify the carrier at once. A concealed loss or damage report must be made within 10 days of shipment. Appliance Parts Unlimited will not be responsible if these terms and conditions are not met. |
